AMMAN — The national committee for drugs and psychotropic substances is tasked with drawing a general policy to combat the spread of narcotics and hallucinogens, the head of the committee, Brig. Gen. Ziad Odwan, said on Thursday.

 

During the committee’s first meeting, Odwan, who is also the State Security Court attorney general, said the committee is charged with preparing regulations for the relevant institutions, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
