AMMAN — Royal Jordanian Airline (RJ) has decided to halt its services between Amman and the Iraqi city of Najaf, as of July 15, and until further notice, in light of the security situation at Najaf Airport, a RJ statement said.
Najaf is the ninth station on RJ’s route network where RJ suspends its flights for security reasons, added to other destinations: Mosul, Damascus, Aleppo, Tripoli, Benghazi, Misrata, Sanaa and Aden. RJ operates four weekly scheduled flights to Najaf.
