AMMAN — Fifteen new smoking cessation centres provide free of charge services to the Kingdom residents, the Ministry of Health announced on Monday.

The decision on the inclusion of non-Jordanian citizens in the free of charge counselling services and guidance during the quitting process is aimed at protecting the public health, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.

The ministry announced that smoking cessation services will be offered in 15 new centres across the Kingdom, in the northern, southern and central regions, in addition to the five existing facilities.
