Jordan to continue repatriation mission amid coronavirus outbreak - says official

Amman-- Director of the Coronavirus Crisis Cell Brig. Gen. Mazen al-Faraya announced the activation of (Safelyhome.gov.jo) platform to implement the third phase of repatriation by air.
 
He told Petra that expatriates can submit applications to return to the Kingdom until next Wednesday, adding that flights for the return of Jordanians will include Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Riyadh, Armenia, Sudan, Egypt, Turkey, Chicago, Montreal, Qatar, Istanbul, and Cairo.
 
Al-Faraya also announced the launch of an electronic platform (SAFELYHOME2.GOV.JO) to transport Jordanians through sea and land crossings, namely from the neighboring countries, to which Lebanon will be added.
 
The crossings, al-Faraya said, include Jaber, Al-Omari, Al-Karama, King Hussein Bridge and Sheikh Hussein Bridge, in addition to the port of Aqaba.
