AMMAN — HRH Princess Muna, patron for nursing and midwifery in the Eastern Mediterranean Region and president of the Jordan Nursing Council, on Saturday honoured the Islamic International Arab Bank for its support to the council, as part of the bank’s social responsibility.
During the inauguration ceremony of the health policies forum, Iyad Asali, the bank’s general manager, commended Princess Muna’s role in developing medical professions in general, and nursing in particular, through her keenness to have high quality nurses, the Jordan News Agency, Petra, reported.
Asali expressed the bank’s keenness to continue its role towards the local community through helping the council achieve its goals that include enhancing nursing services in the Kingdom.
