AMMAN — Royal Jordanian (RJ) Airlines confirmed on Saturday that its flights arriving from EU, the US, north Africa, Saudi Arabia and Lebanon will operate as scheduled, noting that minor delays may occur in light of the developments of the Israel-Iran crisis. 

 

In a statement, the RJ said that its flight schedule for Sunday, March 1, remains largely unaffected, with operations proceeding normally to most destinations, noting that flights to Syria, Iraq, the UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait and Qatar have been temporarily suspended following the closure of those countries’ airspace.

 

The national carrier stressed that it is closely monitoring developments in coordination with official authorities and the Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission to ensure the safety of passengers and crew, urging travellers to check their flight status via the airline’s official website before heading to the airport.
