AMMAN — The Israeli media reported on Thursday that two Israelis were killed and two others were critically wounded in a suspected shooting attack near the King Hussein (Allenby) Bridge border crossing between the occupied West Bank and Jordan.

 

Minister of Government Communication Mohammad Momani said that Jordan is following up on the circulating news about a security incident on the other side of the Karameh border crossing.

 

Momani added in a post on X platform that the concerned authorities were following up on the matter.

 

He indicated that details will be announced once they are received.

 

Israeli media reports said paramedics have found both victims unconscious and were currently treating the two, a man in his 60s and a man in his 20s.
