AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah has sent a cable to Mauritanian President Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani on the occasion of his country’s Independence Day, wishing him and the people of Mauritania further progress and prosperity, according to a Royal Court statement.
