AMMAN — Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ayman Safadi on Monday held separate phone calls with his Saudi, Egyptian and Qatari counterparts to discuss regional developments and ways to enhance coordination.

 

During his call with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud, the two ministers discussed the latest regional developments and issues of mutual interest, according to a ministry statement.

In a separate call, Safadi and Qatari Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani discussed developments in the region and continued consultations between the two countries.
