In response to a major military operation against Iran, 'Israel' has temporarily closed its embassies and consulates worldwide.
On Friday, the Foreign Ministry posted statements across various embassy websites advising 'Israeli' nationals abroad to remain cautious and avoid displaying Jewish or 'Israeli' symbols in public.
“One of the statements confirmed that all 'Israeli' diplomatic missions will be closed, and consular services suspended due to recent developments.”
The ministry also urged citizens overseas to cooperate fully with local security forces in case of any hostile incidents. No specific timeline has been given for when the missions will reopen.
'Israeli' nationals abroad were also asked to submit updated location information to the Foreign Ministry. This is intended to help coordinate the return of reservists and arrange emergency evacuation flights if needed.
This decision underscores 'Israel’s' heightened security concerns amid growing regional tensions.
