Baghdad - Iraq on Saturday condemned Israeli air strikes on Iran, calling for action to preserve regional stability.

 

Government spokesman Bassem Al-Awadi reiterated in a statement Iraq's "firm and principled" position, calling for a ceasefire in Gaza and Lebanon, and regional and international action in support of stability in the region.
