At least 51 dead, 150 injured in Gaza since ceasefire agreement

At least 51 people have been killed across the Gaza Strip since a US-brokered ceasefire was meant to halt 'Israeli' attacks over a week and a half ago, medical sources told Al Jazeera.

The ceasefire, which was intended to stop the escalation of violence, has not fully prevented bloodshed. An additional 150 people have been injured by 'Israeli' army fire since the agreement, according to local medical authorities.

Hamas has issued multiple statements condemning what it described as deliberate 'Israeli' attacks. The group called the attacks a “fully deliberate crime” and accused 'Israel' of intentionally targeting unarmed civilians.

Hamas stressed that the attack demonstrates 'Israel’s' ongoing aggression and disregard for human life, adding that such acts are part of a long record of violations and massacres targeting women and children in Gaza.

The movement called on international mediators, including US President Donald Trump, to monitor 'Israeli' actions and ensure compliance with the ceasefire agreement. Hamas also urged the global community, along with humanitarian and human rights organizations, to take responsibility, pressure 'Israel' to halt its attacks, and hold its leaders accountable for crimes against humanity.
