AMMAN — Jordan on Sunday condemned the Houthi militia’s continued escalation of violence against civilian areas in Saudi Arabia through the deployment of several armed drones.

 

]Foreign Ministry’s Spokesperson Daifalleh Fayez reaffirmed the Kingdom’s denouncement of the “cowardly” attacks, which are considered a violation of international humanitarian law, undermining international efforts exerted to resolve conflicts and establish security and stability in Yemen as well as fulfill its people’s aspiration towards prosperity.

 

Fayez also stressed the Kingdom’s supportive stance towards Saudi Arabia against threats, reiterating Jordan’s rejection of all forms of violence, extremism and terrorism.
