A Lebanese security source reported that access to Hashem Safieddine, the Deputy Secretary-General of Hezbollah, remains restricted following an Israeli Occupation airstrike.
According to Hebrew media, Safieddine was believed to be present at the targeted location during the Israeli Occupation strike that dropped approximately 73 tons of bombs on a Hezbollah facility in southern Beirut.
Israeli military spokesman Avichay Adraee confirmed that the operation was aimed at Hezbollah's main intelligence headquarters.
However, the outcomes of the strike are still unclear, with reports suggesting that he may have been in a deep underground hideout at the time of the bombing.
