AMMAN — The Foreign Ministry "strongly" condemned the attack on the residence of the ambassador of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in Khartoum, which resulted in significant damage to the building.
The ministry spokesperson Sufian Qudah affirmed the Kingdom’s condemnation and its absolute rejection of the attack on the UAE ambassador's residence in Khartoum.
He emphasised that the attack represents a serious violation of international law and an assault on the sanctity of diplomatic premises, which are protected under the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations.
Qudah expressed Jordan’s full solidarity with the United Arab Emirates.
