A senior US official stated that if Israeli Occupation conducts a major operation in Rafah, Biden will consider limiting certain arms sales to Israeli Occupation.

 

The official added that there are more effective ways to target Hamas leaders than destroying Rafah.

 

Tel Aviv believed Hamas leaders were in Khan Yunis and targeted the city but didn't find them. Despite destroying parts of Gaza City and killing many Hamas fighters, they reappeared.

 

On April 18, a Hamas unit launched a missile from Beit Lahia towards Ashkelon.
