Russian President Vladimir Putin said that Russia is looking for opportunities for developing ties with North Korea, AFP reported.
“We will look for opportunities to develop Russia-North Korea relations," Putin said.
Speaking to Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, who came to Russia a few days after Putin had met with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un, Putin added that North Korea is "our neighbor, we must build good neighborly relations with our neighbors one way or another."
