The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) carried out an arrest campaign on Friday in Nablus and the town of Alar, north of Tulkarem in the West Bank.

 

In Alar, the IOF arrested two Palestinians: 18-year-old Habib Youssef Taqatqa, a high school student, after raiding his grandfather’s house; and Mohammad Nahi Hfaizah from his home.

 

The forces raided several homes in the town, particularly in the Hfaizah neighborhood, searched them, and interrogated the residents.

 

In Nablus, five Palestinians were arrested early Friday morning; Following raids on several homes, leading to the arrest of Osama Khaled Maali, Anwar Jihad Maali, Omar Mohammad Dawood, and Laith Dawood.

 

Security sources reported that the IOF also stormed the villages of Azmut, Deir Al-Hatab, and Salem, east of Nablus, arresting Mohammad Hawamdeh from Azmut after searching his home.
