AMMAN — The Jordanian-Kazakh Parliamentary Friendship Association and Kazakh Ambassador Aidarbek Tumatov on Sunday discussed means to enhance cooperation between the two countries and advanceme them in various fields. MP Ramzi Ajarmeh, head of the association, said that Jordan, under the leadership of His Majesty King Abdullah, has overcome many challenges and burdens resulting from the arrival of multiple groups of refugees, despite its limited resources, reported the Jordan News Agency, Petra. He added that members of the association seek to boost relations with Kazakhstan to serve the best interests of both countries in all fields. Ajarma lauded Kazakhstan's role in supporting the efforts of King Abdullah in achieving a comprehensive and just peace, as well as its support for the Hashemite Custodianship over Islamic and Christian holy sites in Jerusalem. Tumatov commended Jordan's steps in maintaining peace and restoring stability in the region, as well as the country's comprehensive reforms and development projects.
