Adaileh: Jordanian airports will remain open to receive citizens and allow non-Jordanians to leave

Jordan’s airports will remain open to Jordanian citizens being expatriated and for non-Jordanians to leave, the Minister of State for Media Affairs, Amjad Adaileh, said on Tuesday.
The reopening date of August 5 to international commercial flights has been postponed based on the recommendation of the National Committee for Epidemics, said Adaileh.
Factors affecting the decision included the instability of the global COVID-19 situation, the sharp acceleration in new cases of coronavirus, and the lack of completed safe travel plans with green status countries.
