BRUSSELS - The Belgian court ruled, in the complaint lodged by a Moroccan family against Spanish TV channel "Antena 3", that the latter used, in bad faith, false and incorrect information to support a political cause, lawyer of victims' families Pierre Legros said.
This came in a press conference, Wednesday in Brussels, by Legros to inform the public opinion of the developments of the lawsuit filed in Belgium by the Rachidi family against TV channel "Antena 3".
He recalled that the TV channel was sentenced by the Court of first instance of Brussels to pay €215,000 to the Moroccan family over the publication of false photos.
The pictures show bodies of members of a family killed by an insane man in Casablanca, which the channel presented as victims in the events of Gdim Yzik (Laayoune) in November 2010.
