AMMAN — Their Majesties King Abdullah and Queen Rania on Monday attended the state funeral of Queen Elizabeth II, according to a Royal Court statement.

 

Held at Westminster Abbey in London and attended by King Charles III of the UK and members of the British royal family, the funeral saw the attendance of leaders and officials from various countries around the world.

 

King Charles III led the procession walking behind the coffin of Queen Elizabeth II, who reigned for over 70 years.

 

Queen Elizabeth II passed away on September 8 in Balmoral Castle in Scotland.
