AMMAN — Social Security Investment Fund CEO (SSIF) Kholoud Saqqaf and Jordan Investment Commission Chairman Khaled Wazani visited development areas in Mafraq and Irbid during a tour.

 

The visit sought to detect prominent challenges that face investors in these areas and explore solutions by the investment commission, according to a statement from the fund.

 

Development areas that the SSIF  established in 2009  have attracted investments of around JD250 million and created more than 2,000 permanent jobs in various industrial and IT sectors, according to the statement.
