AMMAN— On Thursday, Minister of State for Media Affairs and the official spokesman for the government, Faisal Shboul, announced that the government has time to discuss the issue of fixing daylight saving time throughout the year, according to Khaberni News.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Shboul explained that the government will come up with the appropriate decision regarding the timing during the next two weeks.

 

 

Earlier, sources suggested that daylight saving time will continue throughout the year, at a time when officials and concerned authorities discussions are taking place, and no decision has been taken so far.

 

 

Prime Minister Bisher Al-Khasawneh had previously announced that the government would fix the current daylight saving time throughout the year.
