AMMAN — Minister of Transport Nidal Qatamin on Wednesday discussed ways to enhance cooperation in air transport with Emirates Airlines’ Regional Manager in Jordan Mohammed Bin Hafiz.

 

According to a ministry statement, the meeting reviewed areas of cooperation aimed at supporting the development of the civil aviation sector, improving air connectivity and boosting passenger traffic to and from the Kingdom.

 

Qatamin underscored the importance of partnerships with leading international airlines in strengthening air transport and reinforcing Jordan’s regional standing.

 

For his part, the Emirates representative expressed the airline’s appreciation for its ongoing cooperation with relevant Jordanian authorities and reaffirmed its commitment to supporting Jordan’s aviation sector.
