AMMAN — The Securities Depository Centre (SDC) has introduced a new digital feature within the "Sanad" application, enabling Jordanian individuals to directly view their securities ownership, as part of its ongoing efforts to implement digital transformation and enhance access to financial data.
This feature allows users to access and view their ownership data in real time through the "Sanad" app, without the need for any additional requests or procedures. Users can simply log into the application to securely and conveniently review the details of their holdings.
This step comes in cooperation with the Ministry of Digital Economy and Entrepreneurship, following the completion of all necessary technical and operational requirements, and as part of strengthening integration with the national digital identity ecosystem and electronic verification services.
The feature contributes to expanding inclusive access for citizens to their financial data through the "Sanad" app interface, particularly enabling users to view details of securities ownership registered in the records of the centre.
This aligns with national digital transformation objectives of the Jordanian Government and reinforces the role of the SDC as a "key" component of the capital market infrastructure, according to an ASE statement.
