Hezbollah announced today the death of Yasser Nimr Qaranbash on “the road to Jerusalem” – a term used by the Lebanese group to describe members killed in battles with the Israeli Occupation.
Yasser Nimr Qaranbash, nicknamed “Ameen”, was the former bodyguard of Hezbollah’s Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah – according to Lebanese media reports.
He was killed in an “Israeli” airstrike on the Damascus-Beirut highway, and was the 366th member of Hezbollah to be confirmed dead in the ongoing nine-month long skirmishes with the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) along the Lebanese-”Israeli” border.
