AMMAN — His Majesty King Abdullah has sent a cable to Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, on the occasion of his country’s national day, expressing wishes of further prosperity and progress for Qatar and its people, according to a Royal Court statement.
