AMMAN — The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has welcomed the Alaska Summit between US President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin, describing the meeting as a “significant step toward ending the war in Ukraine.”
The ministry spokesperson Sufyan Qudah said the Kingdom views the summit as a positive move to bridge differences between the two powers and promote the peaceful resolution of conflicts.
Qudah reaffirmed Jordan’s “strong” support for diplomatic efforts aimed at resolving international disputes through peaceful means, emphasising the importance of such initiatives in reinforcing regional and international stability.
