Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza announced Sunday that the death toll from 'Israel’s' ongoing genocide on the enclave has risen to 53,939, with 122,797 people injured since October 7, 2023.

 

In its daily statistical report on casualties from the 'Israeli' assault, the ministry said that 38 people were killed and 204 wounded in the past 24 hours alone.

 

Since 'Israel' resumed its offensive on March 18, 2025, the death toll has reached 3,785, with 10,756 injured, the ministry added.

 

It stressed that the figures do not include casualties in northern Gaza due to the inability of medical teams to access hospitals there. "Many victims remain trapped under the rubble or in the streets, unreachable by ambulances or civil defense crews," the ministry said.
