AMMAN — The Jordan Armed Forces- Arab Army (JAF) on Monday carried out a new airdrop into Gaza, delivering around 100 tonnes of food and relief supplies, according to an army statement.

 

The operation was conducted by Royal Jordanian Air Force (RJAF) aircraft in coordination with planes from Germany, the UAE, Belgium, France, Italy, the Netherlands, Singapore, and Indonesia.

 

With this mission, the number of airdrops carried out by the JAF since the resumption of operations on 27 July has reached 157. The total number of airdrops executed in cooperation with partner and friendly nations now stands at 362.

 

In total, the RJAF has delivered around 775 tonnes of relief and essential supplies to Gaza through airdrops since the start of the campaign.
