US President Donald Trump said there's a "good chance" a captive deal with Hamas could be reached as early as next week.

 

Speaking ahead of his upcoming meeting with 'Israeli' Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, Trump suggested ongoing negotiations could lead to a breakthrough in efforts to secure the release of captives held in Gaza.

 

This comes amid renewed diplomatic activity surrounding a potential ceasefire and humanitarian agreement in the region.
