Prime Minister Dr. Jafar Hassan issued an official announcement today, Wednesday, setting the Eid al-Adha holiday to begin on the morning of Thursday, June 5, 2025, and to end on the evening of Tuesday, June 10, 2025.

 

The announcement stated that all ministries, official departments, public institutions and bodies, public universities, municipalities and joint service councils, the Greater Amman Municipality, and companies fully owned by the government will suspend work during the specified period.

 

The announcement excluded ministries, official departments, and institutions whose nature of work requires otherwise.
