The Fuel Pricing Committee in Jordan held its monthly meeting on Friday to set the domestic petrol prices for the period February 1-28.

 

The committee reviewed global crude oil and fuel prices for January, comparing them to December’s rates, and found that global prices for petroleum products had increased this month.

 

Based on the global pricing formula, the committee approved the following price adjustments:

 

Gasoline 90: Increased by 15 fils per liter to 885 fils/liter (up from 870 fils)

Gasoline 95: Increased by 10 fils per liter to 1,110 fils/liter (up from 1,100 fils)

Diesel: Increased by 30 fils per liter to 720 fils/liter (up from 690 fils)

Meanwhile, the committee decided to keep the price of kerosene unchanged at 620 fils per liter for February and maintain the price of a 12.5 kg household gas cylinder at 7 dinars.
