The Islamic Resistance Movement, Hamas, has accused "Israel" of reneging on the terms of the agreement by preventing the entry of caravans and heavy machinery into the Gaza Strip.
In a statement, Hamas asserted that "Israel's" hesitation in commencing the second phase of negotiations highlights its lack of commitment to the agreement.
The movement also condemned an attack by an "Israeli" drone east of Rafah city, targeting police forces, labeling it a serious violation of the ceasefire agreement.
Hamas emphasized that it holds the "Israeli" occupation fully responsible for the repercussions of these breaches in implementing the agreement and the humanitarian protocol.
Furthermore, Hamas called on mediators to fulfill their responsibilities by compelling "Israel" to halt its violations and immediately initiate the second phase of negotiations.
