Israeli Occupation's Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's office claimed that Hamas is "lying once again and retracting from agreements reached." The statement also accused Hamas of continuing to "create obstacles in the negotiations."
Netanyahu's office emphasized, "Israel will tirelessly continue its efforts to bring back all hostages."
In a related development, 'Israeli' Defense Minister Yoav Gallant said that 'Israel' would ensure the creation of secure and buffer zones in Gaza to guarantee the safety of settlements, while also aiming to achieve the war's goals: the return of prisoners and the destruction of Hamas as a military and political force.
Hamas, in a press statement, confirmed that the ceasefire and prisoner exchange talks being held in Doha, mediated by Qatar and Egypt, were proceeding seriously.

The group clarified that it had shown responsibility and flexibility during the negotiations, but 'Israel' introduced new issues and conditions regarding withdrawal, ceasefire, prisoners, and the return of displaced persons, which led to the delay in reaching a seemingly possible agreement.
Meanwhile, Hebrew media reported that the negotiations had not stalled after the 'Israeli' delegation left Doha for "internal consultations."
'Israeli' Broadcasting Corporation confirmed that talks on a Gaza ceasefire are ongoing and noted that Hamas leader in Gaza, Yehya Sinwar, has taken a more hardline stance than his late brother, Yehya Sinwar.
