AMMAN — Tawjihi students react to their General Secondary Education Certificate Examinations, sharing their thoughts and reflecting on their various experiences.

Some students like Samah Khaldi has noticed the anxiety lingering among participating students, however she said that so far, she did not face any problem.

“Tawjihi exams and their difficulty are usually discussed… there is no doubt that this period is stressful as such exams determine so much,” Khaldi told The Jordan Times over the phone on Saturday.

“Failing in a high-stakes exam is not an easy thing to experience and having a question that is part of a removed curriculum in our mathematics exam is not fair,” according to Sereen Ghaiath, a Tawjihi student, adding that certain parts of the Arabic language exam were leaked.

Similarly, Rania Ibrahim wrote on Facebook that the questions of the Arabic Language exam were difficult, however some of her friends did not face any challenges.

So far, three exams have been conducted including the Arabic language, mathematics and Islamic studies examinations.

The Ministry of Education has an integrated operating room, to assist participating Tawjihi students and answer their queries via
