The State Security Court sentenced former MP Imad Al-Adwan on Wednesday to 10 years of temporary hard labor for charges related to exporting weapons with the intent of illegal use.
The court also sentenced three other defendants to 10 years of temporary hard labor on similar charges, including exporting weapons for illegal use, selling arms, and engaging in activities that could disrupt order within the kingdom.
Additionally, a fugitive defendant was sentenced to 15 years of temporary hard labor.
The court acquitted one defendant of all charges, while it dropped charges against eight other defendants after amending their charges to illegal arms trading under misdemeanor laws.
