The Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) announced the bolstering of its units in Jabalia, located in northern Gaza, by deploying the Kfir Brigade alongside the already stationed Givati and 401 Brigades, according to IOF radio reports.

 

Simultaneously, the Israeli Broadcasting Authority (IBA) reported that the IOF is approaching the end of the first phase of its ground operation in southern Lebanon, marking one month since its initiation. The IOF claimed that the operation has led to significant accomplishments, including the discovery of Hezbollah infrastructure.

 

In an overview of casualties, the IOF disclosed that October saw 88 fatalities among its soldiers and civilians, with the IOF radio specifying that 65 were military and security personnel, while 23 were settlers.

 

In related updates, the Hebrew newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth noted that 37 "Israeli" soldiers and officers were killed during battles in southern Lebanon and on the northern border in the past month.
