Nine Palestinians, including six children, were killed early Sunday as “Israeli” forces struck homes and tents sheltering displaced families in Gaza.
Eight people, including five children, were killed when an “Israeli” strike targeted a home and a tent in the town of Bani Suhaila, east of Khan Younis in southern Gaza.
Another child was killed in a separate airstrike on a home in the Al-Jarn area in northern Gaza.
Today, Sunday, marks the first day of the Eid al-Fitr Islamic holiday in the Gaza Strip.
