Hezbollah Secretary-General Sheikh Naim Qassem delivered a speech addressing recent developments in Lebanon, particularly the assassination of key figures and Israeli Occupation attacks on Beirut.

 

Qassem highlighted that martyr Hashem Safi Al-Din was a close aide to martyr Sayyed Hassan Nasrallah. He also paid tribute to Mohammad Afif, who was martyred in the line of media resistance on the path to Jerusalem.

 

He accused 'Israel' of targeting the heart of Beirut during the assassination of Afif, stating, "The Israeli enemy struck and assassinated in the heart of Beirut in recent days."

 

Qassem warned of a severe response, stating, "The enemy must expect retaliation in central Tel Aviv after targeting Beirut." He emphasized, "Beirut cannot remain under enemy strikes without consequences."

 

Qassem concluded by stressing, "The enemy must understand that aggression against the capital Beirut will not go unanswered."
