His Majesty King Abdullah II and His Royal Highness Crown Prince Hussein bin Abdullah II performed the Eid al-Fitr prayer at the Royal Guard Mosque in Aqaba on Monday.

 

Jordanians across the country gathered for the Eid prayer in mosques and designated prayer areas set by the Ministry of Awqaf.

 

Several Arab countries, including Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, Syria, Oman, Algeria, Iran, and Tunisia, marked Monday as the first day of Eid al-Fitr after the Shawwal crescent was not sighted.
